Ocean Estates is a gated community of 38 lots designed for the development of thirty-eight private estate homes, of which six are oceanfront and the balance riverside.  In order to coordinate the development of the 38 homes at Ocean Estates we have have created our “Featured Builder Program” which is designed to attract those builders who have demonstrated a high degree of quality in home construction, as well as performance and service after the homes are complete. 

To establish standards of development and construction we have prepared Design and Building Guidelines. The design philosophy for Ocean Estates is derived from two fundamental, but compelling ideas:

• First, the architecture will be directly responsive to the natural elements.
• Secondly, the ten design templates strive for beauty through simplicity, where design, materials, and construction methods avoid unnecessary complexities.

Under the “Featured Builder Program” Six Builders would acquire a package of six lots under a “Lot Purchase Agreement”. The “Agreement,” “Declaration” and “Architectual Guidelines” are set forth herein and may be acessed by clicking the Perspective button above.
